Refund Policy

We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have not downloaded the sample packs that you have purchased, we will refer to our internal logs to confirm this, upon which we will reply to your initial email with a decision.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are also only eligible for sample packs from Your Local Musician and not our third-party vendors
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Processing Time
If you’re eligible for a refund it will be processed with 10 working days of the final decision being emailed to you and will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
